Collections are less than 75% of what we produce & send tons of statements. AR are more than one month production and over 90 is 30%.

Collections have declined & we send hundreds of statements with our AR dollars being higher than 1 month production & over 90 is increased.

No idea what our % of case acceptance and hygiene exams are done by DDS alone. Front desk handles TX plan at stand up check out.

Our providers only diagnose what they think the patient can afford and insurance will pay. They shy away from delivering bad news.

We give discounts, write off co-pays and do not do any tracking of adjustments or write offs. We only post adjusted fee and not full UCR.

We give some discounts and write off fees are sometimes allocated however we have no formal protocol for how they are handled.
